We are Eventions, a group of Event Management students from the University of Chester. We are holding a Barn Dance as part of our course to raise money and awareness for Alder Hey Children's Hospital. We hope to raise as much money as we can for this amazing cause and hope you can help us in doing so!

ABOUT ALDER HEY HOEDOWN
Eventions are holding Alder Hey Hoedown in order to raise money for Alder Hey Children's Hospital. The event is country and western themed Barn Dance with the Cambrian Band and caller. There will be a themed photo station where you get unlimited photos taken to help you remember the night! During our event we will also provide country and western inspired food as well as having a bar present where people are able to purchase both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There will also be chance to take part in our raffle!
The Hoedown is being held at St Mary's Creative Space (CH1 2DW) close to the city centre with easy access and parking close by. It is being held on Friday 3rd February 2017 between 18:30 and 22:30 with doors opening at 18:30 with the dancing commencing at 19:00.
